It all starts with a chat, preferably by phone but if you’d rather we can do it by messenger text or email. We’ll talk about what you want to achieve, any previous experience you have and I’ll answer your questions.

Then if we both decide we are a good fit for each other I’ll get to work and create a 4 week programme, specifically for you.

We’ll set a realistic target of what you can achieve by the end of those 4 weeks and if you commit 100% to my coaching and nutrition plan, and put in the hard work, you will achieve that goal, I Guarantee it, or I’ll refund you the full fee you have paid me for that 4 weeks, no questions asked! 

You’ll then have a clear plan of what you have to do, including…
